Season Jam

Our jam are made exclusively from organically grown fruit and vegetables including blackberries, figs, plums, sangiovese grapes, cherries, pears and green tomatoes.

The jam are made without the use of any chemicals, using the traditional method of evaporating the natural fruit/vegetable juices in steel pots far approximately two hours, adding only sugar and lemon rind.

Once the jam are ready they are transfered into jars far the next stage of sterilization.
