The recipes of Mum Graziella are a classic of the rural tradition of Maremma. Our gastronomy, that alone it is worth a visit to our holiday farm, consists of simple dishes with a unique flavour, such as our spelt and legumes soup, our acquacotta, our delicious pappardelle with boar or hare meat sauce, the classical tortelli of Maremma stuffed with chard and ricotta, our second courses based on game and seasonal vegetables of our garden. All the dishes are made with products of our farm or of other neighbouring farms and they are paired with our valued Montecucco Doc wine and our Extra virgin Olive Oil. We offer an enogastronomic journey to let our guests know the quality local products and our food traditions. We could offer to our guests a wide menu upon request and we guarantee fresh ingredients for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
