The organic productions of the farm are obtained following the Rule CEE 2092/91 and certificated by QC&I International Services sas (Quality Assurance System) authorized with D.M. of MI.R.A.A.F. n° 9697168 of 18/12/1996.

The cultivations are the vineyards (in an area of about 3 ha), the olive groves (in an area of about 5 ha), the saffron (in an area of about 2.000 square metres) and the spelt in an area of about 2 ha.

The remaining area is invested in the sow able land (cereals, forage, etc…), while about 30 ha are wood (cork plantations and maquis).

On reservation we organise guided visits in the farm with tasting of the products.
