The traditional recipes cooked by "Mamma" Graziella are typical to rural "Maremma".
Our cuisine, which alone is worth a visit to our farm, is made up of simple but unique dishes such as spelt and legume soup and our local Maremman vegetable soup. Delicious "pappardelle", a flat, broad egg pasta served with a wild boar or hare sauce and the classic Maremman "tortelli", pasta stuffed with silverbeet and ricotta cheese. Our main courses consist of wild game and seasonal vegetables from our garden all of which may be accompanied by our most popular wines, Doc "Montecucco" and by our own Extra Virgin Olive oil.
