This "Grappa" is made from fresh mare of "sangiovese" grapes from the farm.

lt is made at the "Nannoni Grappe" distillery using the traditional hands-on, low temperature, discontinuous technique of indirect steam, which when it condenses is piped into copper columns tor the manual job of cutting out the heads and tails.

This process that is painstakingly overseen by the master distiller preserves the characteristic bouquet producing excellent results.

Crystal clear in colour this full aromatic "Grappa" gives an instant appreciation of fresh pomace yet it is soft and lingering on the palate.
