Throughout the spring and summer months our bees collect nectar from an innumerable quantity and variety of wildflowers in the fields and forests of our organic farm.
The honey we produce has a characteristic golden pink colour and initially has a liquid consistency.
Over time this liquid solidifies developing various size crystals depending on the botanica! differences of the pollen, expressing a lasting fiorai aroma of sweet fruit jams.
Honey hasn't any negative characteristics in fact it is considered a fundamental nutritional product of which, if consumed in small amounts, is also suitable far diabetics.
Honey is primarily used as a sweetener, but also compliments a variety of fresh and mature cheeses, "ricotta" etc.
